Maria is the CEO and founder of Global Reputation Consulting (GRC) where she drives vision and strategy for the firm, helping to build and protect some of the most recognized brands in business, finance, technologies, and non-profit.
She provides strategy and communications counsel across the firm’s practice areas, with an emphasis on public affairs, social impact, philanthropy, and campaigns.
Maria partners with clients and founders to design, build, and scale major initiatives – taking nascent ideas and goals to full implementation and execution.
Before founding GRC, Maria spent 15 years as a project manager, campaign manager, and senior communications director for Deloitte, KPMG and BCG. She also holds a PhD in Economics.
Her strong background in PR and economics informs GRC’s approach to treating client issues with the intensity, rigour, and discipline of a campaign and helps set the tone for the firm’s model of client service.
Maria spent several years as a volunteer in India working with different non-profit organisations, including UNESCO. She is an art-enthusiast and a science preacher.
